Shailendra is a Registered Indian Patent Agent with a graduate degree (B.E.) and PG Diploma in IPR Management from National Academy of Agriculture Research Management, Hyderabad.

He is currently working as Manager-IPR at Resolte4IP. Prior to joining Resolute4IP, he was leading IPR Facilitation services in a premier Industry association, Hyderabad Office.

He has 12 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property Practice and has been interacting with IPR stakeholders across sectors and facilitating them on various IPR matters. His principal work areas include guiding   inventors, Institutes, Startups, MSMEs on Patentability aspect of their respective inventions, Drafting and Prosecuting Patent Applications in India.

Additionally, Mr Shailendra has worked towards sensitizing industries in IPR Protection & Management by organizing Capacity Building Workshop, Interactive Sessions on emerging IP issues.

Besides the above, he has conducted several IP Training and interaction sessions for inventors, students and faculty of JNTU Hyderabad, HCU, and other institutes.
